If you choose to book your vacation elsewhere, the travel quote inquiry fee will be retained by Centsible Travel & Vacations as payment for services rendered.
All vacations arranged through Centsible Travel & Vacations offer peace of mind, as we are experienced professionals in the business of planning individual and group travel for sophisticated travelers who demand the most professional individual attention to detail and execution of a well planned vacation. In order to perform the professional services required to plan and arrange your travel a specific fee is required based on the size of the group and also in some cases the type of group. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

- A non-refundable and non-transferable travel inquiry fee is required in order to receive a quote and retain the travel services of Centsible Travel & Vacations
All group booking contracts require 10 rooms. If your party fails to book the required minimum rooms, the contract is invalid. A group cannot drop below a minimum of 10 rooms and still be considered a group. In this case all booked guests will be placed on an individual booking status which would require a higher deposit amount due, and if there are any changes in the group specifications. Additions/reductions of people to the group, date changes, etc. may result in a change in the rate per person, and hence the overall price.
- Personal/Individual Vacation Booking (fee is $150 – maximum of 2 rate quotes/changes)
- Group Vacation Booking (varies by group size, starts at $300 – maximum of 2 rate quotes/changes)
- Destination Weddings & Honeymoon packages (varies by group size – (maximum of 2 rate quotes/changes)
- Incentive Group travel arrangements & concierge services (varies by group size)
- The client has 5 business days to retain Centsible Travel & Vacations’ travel services. If the client fails to secure the quote with a deposit or full payment within 10 business days an additional $25 travel inquiry fee will be required. No exceptions will be made.
- Price quotes are not guaranteed until a deposit is submitted by the client by the deadline deemed by the vendor NOT the 10 business days given to retain our services.
- Up to two revisions of the quotes provided are allowed. Additional quotes and revisions are $25 each and is non-refundable.
- Quote requests for an additional destination will be treated as a new quote.
- The client agrees to submit a credit card authorization form by 5:00pm EDT one day BEFORE the deadline set by the vendor or within the same day if the vendor must be paid immediately.
- PLEASE NOTE: In order to cut down on providing multiple quotes we will only provide a quote approximately 10 business days prior to the date everyone on the same reservation is able to submit their deposit. (For group reservations only the primary contact person and roommate’s reservation will need to be secured with a deposit.)
Most all-inclusive resorts will require an approximate deposit of $100 per person without airfare and $200-250 deposit per person with air. Cruise deposits varies due to different sales, destinations and length of the cruise. Please allot a deposit amount up to $300 per person. Group cruise (8+ cabins) deposits start at $75 per person.
